Service use
runvello is intended for legitimate business workflow use, including CRM, scheduling, projects, billing, campaigns, and customer communications.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, the messages they send, and the permissions they grant to their team members.
Commercial limits
Plan entitlements, quotas, and add-ons may affect feature access, storage, and AI usage as billing configuration continues to mature.

Using the service

Authorized use
You may use runvello only for lawful business activity and may not use the service to send abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
Workspace ownership
Each organization is responsible for its own workspace content, user access, and downstream customer communications sent from that workspace.
Configuration changes
Features, limits, integrations, and product behavior may change over time as runvello improves the service, adds capabilities, or adjusts plan structure.

Billing and availability

Plans and limits
Paid access, AI quotas, and future add-ons depend on the active plan and the platform billing configuration in effect for the account.
Refunds and credits
If runvello issues a refund for subscription or plan payments, the refund is prorated to reflect the unused portion of the applicable service period. AI credits, including purchased add-on credits, are non-refundable once purchased.
Availability
runvello aims to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, incidents, software defects, third-party outages, or abuse-prevention measures can affect access from time to time.
Suspension
Accounts may be limited or suspended for unpaid balances, abuse, security concerns, or actions that materially threaten the platform or other customers.

Customer content and responsibility

Your content
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with the client records, files, contracts, campaigns, and public pages you create.
AI-generated material
AI assistance may help draft emails, campaigns, pages, contracts, and other materials, but customers remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them, sending them, or using them in a legal, financial, or regulated context.
No legal or professional guarantee
runvello may help generate operational or contract-related text, but the service does not guarantee that AI-generated output is complete, enforceable, compliant, or fit for your particular business or jurisdiction.
