Existing workspace data is preserved, but limits can block new clients, uploads, or other capacity-dependent actions. Upgrade to a plan with more capacity or add recurring storage where available. Contact support before a downgrade when current usage is above the target plan.

Lite is free with no time limit and no payment card. The paid monthly and annual prices in Runvello’s Stripe catalog do not include a trial period, so paid billing begins when you complete checkout.

A tier or monthly-to-annual change submitted through Runvello’s in-app plan selector is requested immediately; it is not automatically held until the next renewal. Stripe creates any applicable proration and determines the resulting charge, account credit, collection timing, and next renewal date. A Stripe account credit is not automatically a cash refund. Cancellation is separate; when the Stripe portal is available, Runvello’s launch policy requires cancellation at the end of the paid period. Confirm the effective date Stripe displays.

A paid plan is one workspace subscription at quantity one, and every listed plan includes unlimited team members rather than seat-based billing. AI credit and public-delivery packs are one-time purchases at quantity one. Storage is recurring monthly: each checkout adds one selected pack, and separate packs can stack. To reduce recurring storage, cancel the applicable storage subscription in the Stripe portal when available or contact billing support.

Purchased AI credits are a one-time balance used after included monthly credits. Public-delivery packs are also one-time purchases and apply only to the current billing period. Storage packs renew monthly until the applicable storage subscription is canceled; each includes monthly public delivery equal to three times its added storage.

When self-serve billing is enabled, Stripe Checkout accepts eligible promotion codes for a new paid plan, an AI credit or delivery pack, and a recurring storage pack when Stripe displays the promotion-code field. The code’s Stripe eligibility, duration, and redemption limits control the discount. Runvello’s direct existing-plan change form does not include a promotion-code field.

When Stripe portal cancellation is available, Runvello’s launch policy requires it to take effect at the end of the paid billing period; confirm the date Stripe displays. Cancellation does not itself delete workspace records. Before access ends, a workspace administrator can open Admin and request a scoped workspace ZIP. Contact support for account deletion, retention, privacy requests, or an export that cannot be completed in the app.

runvello is an invoicing and payment tracking tool. Stripe is the integrated online payment option, and you can also record offline or external payments like bank wire, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, check, or cash. Invoice status updates as payments are recorded, including partial payments. There is no platform payment cut on any plan.

You can track payments against invoices via: bank wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, check, cash, or Stripe. Stripe is the online integration path; the others are recorded manually. All 8 methods are available on every plan, including the free Lite tier.

Each workspace’s client data is kept separate from every other Runvello account, and access is limited by each person’s approved role. Traffic is encrypted, public forms are protected against abuse, and important contract, portal, and payment activity is recorded for review.

Runvello MCP assistant access is included with Starter Plus, Pro, and Agency; developer API tokens remain Pro and Agency features. The workspace connection page shows current service, setup, and production-verification status. Administrators connect through a secure sign-in, review the access requested, and disconnect at any time. The assistant can answer questions across clients, leads, bookings, invoices, contracts, projects, tasks, campaigns, and time, then preview supported lead, task, booking-schedule, and manual-payment actions before an administrator confirms them. Lead conversion uses a separate permission. No password sharing is required, access is audited and rechecked on every request, and MCP never collects or refunds payment.

Campaign automations — multi-step sequences, 11 journey event triggers, segment targeting, and reentry policies — are available on Starter Plus and above. Standalone email campaign sends are included on all plans.
