Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and runvello is designed not to store full payment card data in its own platform records.

Product controls

Authentication and access
Workspace access requires authenticated user sessions, and platform or support access is expected to respect the product’s organization and grant boundaries.
Data isolation
The platform uses multi-tenant schema management and organization-scoped records as a core control for separating customer workspace data.
Operational safeguards
Health checks, monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational review are used to help monitor the service, investigate issues, and maintain reliability.
Payment handling
Stripe is used for payment processing. runvello may store billing references and subscription state, but it is not intended to store full card numbers, card verification values, or full payment credentials.

Limits and customer guidance

Account hygiene
Customers should manage user access intentionally, remove stale access promptly, and review the business data and messaging they publish through the service.
No absolute guarantee
No internet-connected service can promise perfect security. runvello works to reduce risk and respond responsibly, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, outages, or third-party failures will never occur.
