Information we collect

Collection depends on whether someone is browsing the public site, submitting a contact request, or using a runvello workspace.

Public-site inquiries
When someone submits the contact form, runvello stores their name, email, company details, website, message, and request metadata needed for follow-up and abuse review.
Workspace records
Organizations may store client, lead, booking, contract, invoice, campaign, project, and asset records that they choose to manage inside the platform so the service can function as intended.
Technical telemetry
Basic request, error, and operational telemetry may be processed to keep the app available, investigate incidents, and protect the service.
Payment-related records
runvello may store limited billing-related information such as subscription status, plan details, usage, transaction references, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, but not full payment card data.

How data is used

Service delivery
Data is used to run customer workflows, send transactional communications, support scheduling and delivery flows, and maintain account-level product behavior.
Support and security
Data may be accessed when troubleshooting, handling support requests, reviewing abuse, or responding to production incidents under the platform’s access controls.
Product improvement
Operational learnings may inform product improvements, but runvello does not treat customer-specific content as something to sell or republish as marketing inventory.
Payments and billing
Billing-related information may be used to activate accounts, manage subscriptions, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and reconcile payment events coming from Stripe.

Sharing and retention

Service providers
runvello may share information with vendors and infrastructure providers that are needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, file storage, and payment processing.
No data sale
runvello does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing use.
Retention
Information may be kept for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.

Choices and requests

Contact preferences
If you submit a marketing inquiry and no longer want follow-up, contact runvello and request removal from future outreach.
Workspace questions
Customers needing account-level privacy clarification, export help, or deletion requests should contact runvello support from the relevant workspace context.
Updates
This page may be updated as product features, billing behavior, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
